Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 1, 2025  |  Last Updated: June 1, 2025

Welcome to WriterOrg. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before creating an account or submitting any content. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Writer," or "you") and WriterOrg ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering an account, submitting articles, or requesting payments, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Content Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WriterOrg. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Accounts registered with false information, or accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18, will be permanently suspended without prior notice or compensation.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WriterOrg will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain account security.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or submission limits is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

4. Content Submission & Ownership

By submitting content to WriterOrg, you represent that:

  • The content is entirely your own original work.
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • The content was not generated, in whole or in substantial part, by artificial intelligence tools.
  • The content has not been previously published elsewhere.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. However, by submitting, you grant WriterOrg a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and display your content on our platform and associated channels.

5. Editorial Review & Approval

All submitted articles are subject to editorial review. WriterOrg reserves the sole right to approve, reject, or request revisions to any submission. Approval is not guaranteed. Articles may be rejected for quality, originality, AI-content detection, policy violations, or editorial discretion.

Our automated systems and editorial team assess articles for AI probability, plagiarism, and quality. Articles scoring above 70% AI probability or below acceptable quality thresholds will receive reduced compensation or be rejected outright.

6. Earnings & Payment

Compensation is paid per approved article at rates determined by WriterOrg at its sole discretion. Earnings are subject to a 7-day holding period before becoming available for withdrawal, to allow for review and fraud prevention.

The minimum withdrawal threshold is $0.33 USD. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Payments are processed within 24 hours of an approved withdrawal request via the payment method selected by the user. WriterOrg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

WriterOrg reserves the right to withhold or cancel earnings if fraudulent activity, policy violations, or misrepresentation is detected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit AI-generated, plagiarized, or previously published content.
  • Create multiple accounts or use another person's identity.
  • Attempt to manipulate quality scores, AI detection systems, or any platform metric.
  • Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or harmful.
  • Engage in any form of harassment, spam, or abuse toward other users or staff.
  • Interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security systems.

8. Suspension & Termination

WriterOrg reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, repeated low-quality submissions, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

Upon termination, any pending or available earnings may be forfeited if the account was closed due to policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WriterOrg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or reputation.

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid to you by WriterOrg in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
