Content Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025  |  Last Updated: June 1, 2025

WriterOrg is dedicated to maintaining a platform that rewards high-quality, authentic, and original writing. This Content Policy outlines what types of content are accepted, what is strictly prohibited, and how our editorial standards are enforced. All writers must adhere to this policy as a condition of using the platform and receiving compensation.

1. Content Standards

All articles submitted to WriterOrg must meet the following minimum standards:

  • Minimum Length: 300 words. Articles below this threshold will be automatically rejected.
  • Originality: Content must be entirely original and not previously published on any website, blog, or publication.
  • Human-Written: Content must be written by the submitting author, not generated by artificial intelligence tools.
  • Accuracy: Articles should contain factually accurate information. Misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims are not permitted.
  • Language: Articles must be written in clear, grammatically correct English unless explicitly approved otherwise.
  • Relevance: Content must fall within one of the accepted categories: Finance, Health, Technology, Lifestyle, Education, or Others.

2. AI-Generated Content Policy

WriterOrg has a strict zero-tolerance policy for AI-generated content. All submissions are automatically scanned using advanced AI detection tools. Articles found to contain a substantial proportion of AI-generated text will be subject to the following consequences:

  • Articles with an AI probability score above 70% will receive a reduced payout of $0.50 or be rejected entirely at editorial discretion.
  • Repeated submission of AI-generated content will result in account suspension.
  • Accounts found to be systematically submitting AI content will be permanently banned and any pending earnings forfeited.

We encourage writers to use AI tools for research assistance or grammar checking only — not for generating the content itself.

3. Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Copying text directly from other sources without attribution.
  • Paraphrasing existing articles without adding substantive original value.
  • Submitting previously published content as new.
  • Spinning or rephrasing AI or human-written content from other sources.

Articles flagged for plagiarism will be rejected, and repeat offenders will be permanently suspended.

4. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on WriterOrg and will be immediately rejected and may result in account termination:

  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
  • Illegal Content: Content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies illegal activities including fraud, drug trafficking, violence, or exploitation.
  • Adult or Obscene Content: Sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or any content not suitable for a general audience.
  • Defamatory Content: False statements of fact about real individuals or organizations that may damage their reputation.
  • Misinformation: Deliberate spreading of false information, conspiracy theories, or health misinformation.
  • Spam or Low-Effort Content: Repetitive, low-quality, filler, or keyword-stuffed articles designed to game the platform without providing genuine value.
  • Privacy Violations: Content that reveals private personal information about individuals without their consent.
  • Promotional Content: Articles that exist solely to promote a product, service, or brand without genuine editorial value.

5. Editorial Review Process

Every article submitted to WriterOrg undergoes a two-stage review process:

  1. Automated Screening: Articles are automatically assessed for AI probability, plagiarism, word count, and quality metrics.
  2. Human Editorial Review: Our editorial team manually reviews each submission for compliance with this Content Policy, factual accuracy, and overall quality.

Free plan articles may be auto-approved within 3 minutes if they pass automated screening. However, WriterOrg reserves the right to retrospectively review any auto-approved article and take corrective action if policy violations are identified.

6. Compensation & Quality

Compensation is directly tied to article quality, as assessed by our editorial team:

  • Standard Articles ($5.00): Well-written, informative, human-authored articles that meet all requirements.
  • High-Quality Articles ($10.00–$15.00): Exceptional articles with in-depth research, strong writing, and high reader value.
  • Low-Quality or AI Articles ($0.50): Articles that barely meet the minimum requirements or have been flagged for AI content.

Compensation decisions are made at the sole discretion of WriterOrg's editorial team and are final.

7. Appeals & Disputes

If you believe your article was unfairly rejected or your account was incorrectly suspended, you may appeal the decision through our Support page. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.

8. Policy Updates

This Content Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our editorial standards, legal requirements, or platform needs. Writers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
